Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at PetVale. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Australia.
Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Petvale is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at our official customer service email. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
